We didn’t have an appointment and we were greeted and seated right the way.
I wanted a full set and I explained to her that I do weights lifting and I was afraid of breaking them. She suggested to cut them in the shape I wanted them but not pointy to prevent them from breaking and suggested making the coat very thick to make them more sturdy. She took her time to be precise about her work but she was also a very fast worker. She was very patient and asked every step of the way if I needed to make changes. She was very friendly and made me and my 8 year old feel very comfortable.
I will make the drive Whidbey Island to have nails kept by her any time.
Worth the drive.
Also, make an appointment if you want to see her, she is very requested and it was sheer coincidence that she was not booked when I walked in.
