5 /5 Julia Bauer: Eliot’s was professional, contacted me when they said they would, and available for same day service. I brought my car in at 3:30 on a Thursday and they had a couple of people in front of me before they closed up shop for the day so my car stayed with them overnight. They brought my car in from off the street for the night and the next morning they checked and fixed my car’s alignment, and tested my battery at my request. They shared some areas where my car will need fixed in the future (oil change since it had been 6 months and my back brake pads). I appreciate their honesty with how much time I had left to fix each of those (rather than saying it was an emergency). Thanks to Isabel for checking in on me a few days after service to make sure everything was running smoothly!

4 /5 Rod L: I live in Roscoe Village and always drive by this shop. Decided to stop by one day and ask for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by the friendly mechanics and referred to the main desk where Isabel answered all my questions and immediately slotted my truck to be serviced. Within 40 mins they had the oil change done, got a txt message and walked over to pickup my truck. Great first impression and experience, I will be coming back and see how they handle complex repairs.

So thankful to find an auto shop where I can easily have my oil changed with prices clearly listed and no runaround. Isabel, the office manager, is particularly great! She offered a lot of flexibility when my appointment needed to be rescheduled.
