Carrie Hubbard Dr. Shives has been excellent to my husband and I. When I have a concern he listens and we try to figure it out. If I think I need labs or testing for this or that he orders them without question! Hes a straight shooter, down to earth, he treats you as an equal, and he doesnt disregard your feelings. He doesnt let his expertise override your opinion on an issue you might have with your own body. I highly recommend Dr. Shives to all my friends and family!

Brad Steinruck He always explains whats going on and is very helpful. Great guy with a great personality. Always smiling.

Anthony Feliciano Doctor Medina will take his time.Talk to you and listen to whatever you have to ask.And he also has a great staff

Cassandra Lockwood If I could give no zero I would, we took my son there to get help with a rash on his butt, we pushed for a swab for strep and they told us and that he had pinworm, got him meds he took them I went crazy cleaning then the rest of my family went on the medicine, mind you no symptoms of pin worm on anyone no itching no worm with a flash light at night. My son rash did not get better took him back four days later as the rash should have been clearing up, they treated us horribly said oh you were just here again told me it was pinworm wanted a swab asked me how could he get strep are you kidding me he is in preschool, the test came back they called me and goes oh it’s showing bacteria but we can not pin point what kind of bacteria so we sending a cream for him to use they couldn’t even pronounce the name of the medicine. Well thanks to my chart I was able to see the test test come to find out my son had strep, this could have been resolved days ago and not had to treat my whole house for pin work and he could have been feeling better was able to get him to his doctor and he had an ear infection on top of it. I will never take my kids back to this place no respect to listen to us and treated us like we were stupid.

M W This urgent care used to be super convenient when it had hours that extended before and after 8a-5p. Being only open during business hours is not only irritating, but also insulting to the meaning of "urgent care." You might as well change the name to "walk-in care."

Kassandra Michaels My seven year old fell in gym and needed stitches for the first time and this office was so accommodating. They were expecting us and so welcoming to my daughter and I. Our provider Brooke, was so patient and caring to my scared seven year old. Overall we had an exceptional experience and would recommend any friends or family to the FLH urgent care in Seneca falls.

Tiffany Garofono I am less than impressed by this office. My daughter needed an X-ray. I registered her for an X-ray. They do not do X-rays there and have not for the past 4 years due to not having a technician. However the registration woman did not tell me that. I waited an hour and half for the PA to tell me she needs an X-ray but that I had to go to Geneva hospital because they don’t offer X-rays. Their waiting room wall says “lab/xrays” which I asked why is this sign still up then? He also informed me the front staff are not allowed to tell patients that they do not offer X-rays. ????? Never again.

Robert Wagner THIS IS A VERY INCOMPETENT Practice very unprofessional and is refusing appointments to people do to improper record keeping in my opinion good place to stay away from find a more Professional practice that puts the patients health first

Eric Sweet Does not care to even listen to patients, surgeons, MRI, CT results, and a complete disgrace to the medical field. Just cares about his paycheck. If you’re thinking of a doctor, this is not the place nor the doctor for health needs. Even Seneca family health and Life care are snobs that will treat you like dirt. They forget they are supposed to be in this line of work to actually listen and help people. Don’t do it.

Lindsey Gee I love my kids provider, Sue Randall-Mantella. But this office takes FOREVER to get back to you or complete any requests. Im constantly on hold every time I call. Most recently, Ive been waiting over a week for copies of my childrens physicals. I asked for them in person and was told theyre not in the right format and they would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I never got a call, so I called them (four business days later) and asked for them to be faxed to me. Five hours later I had not received anything, so I called back and was told "the nurse still hasnt done it yet, shes working hard. Can we send them tomorrow?" I understand the busyness of health care, I really do, but the fact that requests are ignored/forgotten about for days and then I have to practically beg for simple paperwork is irritating. For this reason alone Im thinking about switching providers.

Cara-Leigh Battaglia Extremely unhappy. Even simple requests like a list of current meds and a prescription to a pharmacy have been mixed up and required multiple phone calls to get completed accurately. It has taken up to three days to get a return phone call. I have had to call 7 times in 13 days. The staff are unprofessional and complain they are short staffed or blame the computer. While we love our physician, his move to this practice and our subsequent experience the past two weeks has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Ryan MacNamara This office is the most unorganized, rude, and incompetent doctor that I have ever experienced. They take forever to complete the most simple task such as a form, prescription. Multiple phone calls to get a prescription refilled and it gets done wrong. Had to go to urgent care because I ran out of insulin and they would not fill correctly. They have no idea about diabetes what so ever. They work for insurance companies and not the good of the patient. This place should be closed by the State Health Board for incompetence. Avoid if your health and life matters to you!!!!

Jessica Johnson Very unsatisfied with the services from this office. I called on 9/2/22 for a refill on my prescription that was due on 9/12/22 and I still have nothing. So I called the office today (9/14/22) and was told the message hasnt been looked at yet. I dont know how this office is still opened completely ridiculous. Not to mention the issues my mom has had with this office as well. Ultimately I think its time to find a new dr who actually shows him/her care about the patient and their health. I wouldnt refer anyone to this office EVER.
