5 /5 Robin Greenblott: I had a procedure at Binghamton General G.I. Lab. The nurses and the rest of the staff were Excellent!!! This is such a big difference from Lourdes G.I. lab. Dr. Marhaba makes you feel like you are his only patient. He was worth waiting for. Every employee at the G.I. lab has such respect for him and he treats them all so well. I am so happy that I switched from Lourdes!!!

Even the high school student was polite and attentive of what he was learning. Thank you to Anastasia and Parker Gennett. Job well done on my foot.

The professional staff at the hospital kept me informed and answered all questions I had before, during, and after the procedure. They were very patient as I opted to have no sedation and they welcomed that choice and did not judge or seem inconvenienced by that choice as other surgical outfits have in the past. I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. I felt safe and in good hands at all times.
