I trust them with both of my vehicles for servicing as they’ve handled everything from oil changes and brake repairs to a full catalytic converter system replacement. That replacement was actually my first experience with Gunter. Michelle accurately diagnosed the issue over the phone which really impressed me. Meanwhile, the Ford dealership in Winder couldn’t even inspect my truck for at least two weeks. Gunter not only completed the repair promptly using original equipment parts but also offered a very competitive price compared to a quote I received from a well-known competitor. Ive taken my car to them multiple times, theyve always been upfront about the cost, repairs have been completed quickly and Ive never felt like they tried to sell me services I didnt need. Michelle (their from office rep) is an absolute gem! Shes not just a pretty face and a sweetheart, shes ALSO knowledgeable, communicative, caring, kind...and GENUINE. While my vehicle challenged this group quite a bit over the last few weeks, their team stuck with it. They operated in integrity to get my vehicle back on the move. I appreciate the entire team for their service and wish them much continued success!

5 /5 SuperStars FastCars!: Customer service was great. I like that fact that they were honest about the diagnostic fee and the repair estimate. A couple of other shops in the area I called were not as transparent, short, just guessing. Not really listening to what I told them the issue was. The initial phone call alone made my choice easy. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what it would take to fix the issue. And what my options were. They were priced a little higher than my old mechanic shop.But the product did come with a warranty of 3 years. So maybe that accounts for the higher price. I relocated from the other side of town. So was looking for a closer shop to start using. I would definitely use them if I can’t get to the other shop. I would definitely recommend them!
