Carrie Myers These folks are on point. Im getting older, heart is giving me grief and I aint too keen on sawbones at all. But these people are absolutely the exception. Doctor Lee answered my questions, gave me more insight on getting back in better health. The fella who took my vitals and placed the heart monitor on me were just awesome. Even the young lady at the window was very pleasant. It didnt feel so much like the dreaded "doctor visit" but rather folks there who genuinely care. All you guys rock!

LavaGirl50 Dr Lee is amazing! She spends more than adequate amount of time w you. That is rare these days. She has great solutions to your needs,& is genuine about listening to you and your needs. Karen Williams I had a very good experience at the offices of Dr. Mary Lee, DO. She was very informed about my cardiology health from my records retrieved from my former cardiologist in San Antonio during our recent follow-up appointment. Dr. Lee ordered a CT Scan of my aorta so when I speak to her soon during a telecon I will have the results of my test promptly. Overall I am very impressed with the offices of Dr. Mary Lee.

CHARLENE SCHEEL After 20+ yrs we had to find a new cardiologist. Our PCP recommend Dr Mary Lee. Needless to say we were skeptical. I was very pleased with the outcome of the appt. Dr Lee listened to everything I told her. She was concerned with my issues and acted accordingly. She waited while the nurse did an EKG so she could give me results because she knew I was very concerned. Most Drs don’t do that. You have to wait for them to come back in to give you the results. My husband will be seeing her also.

Laura Jo Simmons I believe that Dr. Duran saved my sons life! With Stage 4 Colon cancer and a tear in his colon, he needed emergency surgery and we were scared to death. Not only did Dr Duran pull him through the surgery he also removed the major tumor that was where most of his cancer had resided from. He is an amazing surgeon! We believe in him 100%!

mike tucker Dr. Diocares was very professional and courteous. He answered any questions that I had. (Ill reserve the 5th star for after we see how the colonoscopy goes.) His assistant Jeffery was excellent as was the rest of the staff.

By this I mean every test thats need to be perform is done. And for his staff, I cant say enough. Very nice, well informed and there to help you. They listen. He uses the Christus Doctors Surgery center in and out same day on Common street. I love the facility there. Everyone is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Deschner to everyone.

Betty McGinty I had a colonoscopy done two or three weeks ago. Everyone from the front desk to the onset of the procedure couldn’t have been nicer and more efficient. That not being such a fun task to have done, the attendant’s smiles and caring attitudes made it so much easier all the way around. They got me in there w/o waiting a long time and results came in the mail the same way. This was my second time to have a colonoscopy done there and the report is the same for both times. And I asked my Dr about some red and yellow flags that had shown up in my blood work and not only did he brush it off with no answers, he straight lied to my face about the blood work that had been taken that very day. The nurses are awesome and the front staff is great,they are very polite and professional and are very helpful. But,like I said about the Drs treatment has been a different experience....sadly. Geoffrey Halperin Before I begin in detail, I would like to highlight the following points: 1. I attempted to handle this privately and was treated poorly 2. I am not after compensation of any sort 3. I do not want to take legal action of any sory 4. I only wanted to provide constructive feedback to improve other patients 5. My issue is with the managing doctor and his administrative staff, not the PAs who treated me. I went to Dr. Jimenezs clinics (San Marcos then Austin due to scheduling issues) due to a worsening knee condition. To be specific I was unable to stand for more than 10 minutes at a time without extreme pain. I had an initial exam with the first PA in which an Xray was reviewed. I was told this was a "normal xray" and was sent for an MRI. I had to be moved to the Manchaca clinic for MRI review. The second PA I saw stated it was a "normal MRI". I recieved a total of five minutes attention from this PA (after waiting past my appointment).I was then given a general referral to PT and diagnosed with "Right Knee Pain". I scheduled a second opinion visit with Dr. Gerald Greenfield with South Texas Spinal (would highly recommend him and his office). In two hours I received a diagnosis of "Patteloformal Pain Syndrome". This essentially means the knee cap is misaligned and worsens over time. This what my "normal" xray revealed. This diagnosis gives a clear corrective plan and is specfic. I want to state that I do not blame the PAs who saw me. As PAs they dont recieve training as extensive as an MD. I was however informed that the managing doctor is required to perform a review of a perctanges of cases ( I was told 10%, but Im not entirely sure). I would like to think a "normal knee" could be used for more than 10 minutes at a time and would warrant a review. I reached out to the office in San Marcos yesterday, asking to speak with Dr. Jimenez. I will state that I was cordial and polite. I simply wanted to provide consructive feedback. I would understand the responses I would receive if I was hostile and litigous. The receptionist was at first evasive. When I insisted I wanted to provide feedback he stated I could schedule an appointment to speak with Dr. Jimenez ( and likely pay for it). I calmly stated I wished to handle this privately before posting a review. He paused and I was transfered to someone else I assume she was an office manager of some degree. Right of the bat she stated I was threatning "disparagment" or something of the sort (I dont remember exact wording). I remained civil in my response, which I stated points 1-4 above. I explained the second diagnosis I received and requested a five to ten minute call to discuss feedback with Dr. Jimenez. I provided the relevant i formation and it was implied that I likely wouldnt recieve a call. I the later cancelled my folow up there amd placed one at South Texas Spinal. As of time of writing that assumption is fact. I will edit this review, not delete, if I recieve any reponse or additional context. Moral of the story: 1. Dont accept a vague and unhelpful diagnosis 2. Pain isnt "normal" so seek a 2nd opinion 3. Vote with your wallet EDIT: On further thought a similar, but shorter review, was placed on Healthgrade. Attempted to do so on WebMD, but wasnt permitted to even post basic information there.

bigjwesley78 Dr. Mangalick has been very caring and understanding of my depression and weight-related issues when other doctors have not. I liked the amount of time he gave me to listen. He seems very competent of todays health care system and is always trying to help me save money and cares about my safety. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Mangalick!

Brian Duchscher I’ve been seeing Dr. Mangalick for a few years now. He is pretty no-nonsense, straight forward and does not try to treat your situation the way conventional medicine would have him do it, with a “drugs first” solution. He also understands that patients are tired of physicians who behave like attorneys and try to bill for everything/anything under the sun. He is also in a constant learning mode. He will tell you if he doesn’t know something and will research it. His communication is direct, to the point and honest. I appreciate that kind of treatment.

Julia Ashleigh Reception was very cordial and friendly, as was the nurse. You can tell an awful lot about a doctor from the people he/she hires. I didnt know what to expect from Dr. Mangalick, so I was pleasantly surprised when we talked. Hes a natural communicator, and gave good feedback when I said something. Plus, he gave me information about medications that put my fears to rest. He went over pros and cons, and that in itself was unusual to me. I have no doubt that hes a good doctor and a decent human being. Hes natural, relaxed, and friendly.

Dr Hartman is the best choice there is when it comes to care for your little ones. She takes every concern seriously and is a joy to visit with. M A Dr. Dupre has been our daughter’s pediatrician as soon as she was able to leave the NICU as a premie and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is proactive, empathetic, caring and has excellent bedside manners. It’s been over 7 years now and we now happily drive more than an hour in order to maintain Dr. Dupre as our daughter’s primary, despite having several highly rated pediatric offices less than 20 minutes from our home. Although it must be exhausting seeing little humans every day, Dr. Dupre always has a welcoming smile on her face and a concise memory that we are always impressed with. We never feel as if our daughter is another patient but rather we know Dr. Dupre knows her medical history inside and out. She is a wonderful provider and we cannot ask for anything more. The front office staff was extremely welcoming and the medical support staff did a wonderful job obtaining the preliminary medical information (stats, vision, hearing, etc.). My husband and I have been staunch supporters of Corridor Pediatrics because of Dr. Dupre and her excellent care. Our daughter loves coming to see Dr. Dupre and we do too! M. Allbritton

Guillermina Castellanos This esteemed clinic boasts exceptional doctors per recommendations, but my introductory phone call was disappointing. When inquiring on new patient acceptance, insurance coverage was cited as the determining factor. Upon elaborating on my daughter having a primary insurance that is paid for (blue cross blue shield) and with Medicaid serving as temporary secondary coverage, the representative promptly invoked office policy to justify non-acceptance without even hearing out her primary insurance. I stressed the primacy of her primary insurance, only to encounter resistance. Subsequently, the representative agreed to proceed, cautioning that insurance deemed unacceptable would result in declination. The exchange suggested a bias toward declination based on secondary insurance, which was troubling given the representatives demeanor. Please train your staff how to better handle these calls as reflects on what to expect from the rest of the staff!!!

Jim Allen Im a Veteran and usually go to the Veterans Clinic in Austin for an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor, but the Doctor at the VA Clinic retired so the VA sent me to the closes doctor to me since I live in Wimberley. The Doctors office is in the Christus Trinity Clinic which is a little hard to find. The address is 1340 Wonder World Dr but you cant enter from there. I had to turn at the Sadler light and then turn into the parking area. Always a little scary going to a new clinic and Doctor but the staff is really friendly and helpful. I needed a little special attention since I was coming from the VA but the staff took care of everything. Dr Blair is warm and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. The VA didnt send him any of my records so he had to start from scratch, which didnt seem to brother him. Im happy it worked out because Im recovering from throat cancer and will have to be going to him for observation of my throat for several years.
